Had a creative photo session with “K” today. She was such a trooper…it was about 40 degrees and she managed to look comfortable. I kept telling her to think about the Bahamas. I think it worked.

The autumn leaves and rich colors inspired me to make her look painted in post production.

Kids just seem to be so beautiful these days. When I look at old photographs of me as a kid, the words “so beautiful” just don’t come to mind right away. Cute maybe but….I think you understand. Ahhh….the seventies.

Sometimes when I’m photographing tween and teen boys of today, I get thrown back to a 70’s issue of Tiger Beat Magazine featuring the latest teenage heartthrob with with his wispy messy hairdo….Sean Cassidy….need I say more. Does anyone know what this hairstyle is called? Is it a shag or is that from the 60’s? Anyhooo…
