The Woodlands photographer feature?  Would I be interested in being interviewed, YES!?! Voyage Houston contacted me a few months ago about a running feature they write showcasing top business owners in and around Houston, Texas.  It was such an honor to review and accept their request.  It was fun going over my unique start into this industry.  It is not the typical, nor the romantic take of being “the young girl with her grandpa’s camera”.  It IS uniquely MINE though.  The article can be seen by clicking the graphic below.

It was time to update the pictures that decorate their home, so little boys spring portraits in The Woodlands, was booked.  I have been so blessed to capture the older two boys several times over the years, and now I got to meet the sweet-cheeked, newest little brother.  Three dapper little dudes that are darling as can be.

We met up to capture the boys amongst the bright florals of spring at Mercer Arboretum.  Mercer can be a bit crowded at times, but careful planning allows it to set a wondrous stage for portraits.  They meticulously maintain the blooms, beds and pathways for such an enchanting look with vivid colors and classic architecture.

As you tour through Mercer, there are such lovely options around every turn.  They have areas of different styles and feature some extraordinary, diverse specimens.  The spring time is the perfect time to visit.  The temps are mild and the colors are vivid.

Aren’t the three of these just so handsome!  I love how mom kept the older two classic in button-ups and a monogrammed john-john for the baby.  So wonderfully styled for the garden location.

So, one might think that the entire session with a 7 month, 3 and 5 year old might be a bit wild.  However, these three little guys were absolutely rockstars.  I had to throw in the only fun out-take just cause it cracked me up, but they were fantastic the entire session.

Capturing a pair of brothers at 1 and 3 can be a challenge, but we got them! <3  I love how big brother has the two fingers crossed.  The tiniest of hints at the fun this guy is!

NOW for CAKE!  I often find that one year olds that have an older sibling dig into the cake much more quickly.  K confirmed my theory, ha!  Mom and dad didn’t even have a chance to jump out of the camera frame before he took his first bite.  Hey, it was cake for breakfast, who can argue with this cutie!?!
